Photo a day challenge, anyone interested?

I haven't been very good about practicing and taking photos lately so I was thinking I might find some buddies to help keep me accountable. My thought was we could start a blog or something and each post a photo a day. Maybe have themes each week to help us find a shot or just shoot whatever we want. Anyone interested?

 Sounds interesting. I have seen the 365 days blogs before and really wanted to give it a try. Maybe since June is mid-year, we can do 187 days blog?

Cool idea... not sure I can keep up with that right now though.

I'd be up for it as long as the pictures don't have to be good. Should we just use our blogs here?

We could just use our blogs here or maybe start a new blog here (don't know if you can with multiple authors) but it would be nice to have a dedicated site for it so we could keep an eye on each other (translate as: I may need some one to nag me)

Sounds fun but I agree I am not sure I can keep up with everyday...LOL!!

Would it work to start a thread for each day of the challenge? Then each person participating would contribute to the thread? I'm not sure which subforum to put it in. I'm a little leery of posting lots of pictures of my son in the General Photography forum since it is a public forum.

 What about a shot of the week? Does not have to be a specific theme each week, like a challenge, but more of a -- this is the picture I took this week I am most excited, proud, worried, whatever about?? That way it can show our progress as we grow. Allow for comments and such, but still be safe enough that if it is REALLY bad. lol

I would be in.  I don't think I can do a photo a day but per week I think I could work out.  I'm just not good enough for TBW challenges but I do like to make them them better and I would feel safe if this isn't a "challenge" thing, but more of a sharing thing.

Maybe a theme a week and post as many as you want but have the advantage of getting constructive advice. So if you have time you can post early and have lots of time to improve technique? We could start out with themes that really focused in on basic skills.

I challenged myself to a 365 Days blog back in January.  So far so good, although as I've been busier in the last couple of months I sometimes don't post the pics everyday. Speaking of which, I really need to do some posting and catch up!
